Bio-Rad offers a complete menu of CE-marked and FDA-cleared EIA assays. All assays feature common protocols, common reagents, color-coded breakaway wells and easy automation, allowing for simple, objective and sensitive autoimmune diagnostics.

Bio-Rad Autoimmune EIA Assay Characteristics

  • Sample dilution: 1:40 (only Anti-dsDNA and Anti-ssDNA are 1:100)
  • Sample volume: 10 µL
  • Incubation time: 90 minutes (30/30/30)
  • Incubation temperature: Room temperature (20–25°C)
  • Conjugate: HRP
  • Substrate: TMB

All of the Bio-Rad ANA and ENA Screening assays can be used to screen out patients negative for the antinuclear antibodies associated with various systemic rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD), Sjögren's syndrome (SS), progressive system sclerosis, scleroderma, polymyosistis/dermatomysitis and Raynaud’s phenomenon. The assays can also be used in conjunction with Bio-Rad’s individual antibody assays to identify specific autoantibodies. Rely on Bio-Rad’s comprehensive menu of ANA and ENA assays to identify and characterize individual or multiple autoantibodies associated with autoimmune diseases.
