Enzyme immunoassays for the semi-quantitative and qualitative detection of antibodies to tissue Transglutaminase (tTG), Gliadin, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae in human serum. Multiplex flow immunoassay for the semi-quantitative detection of IgA and IgG autoantibodies to deamidated gliadin peptide (DGP) and tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) in human serum. These assays are used as an aid in the diagnosis of Celiac Disease and Crohn’s Disease, and should be used in conjunction with clinical findings and other diagnostic tests.
