Microwells coated with Protein A, high in affinity for the Fc portion of anti-human globulin, result in outstanding specificity and sensitivity.
Test Menu
- Antibody screening
- Antibody identification with or without enzyme treated cells
- Autocontrol
- Compatibility test
- Weak D typing
- Direct antiglobulin test
Improve Results While Saving Costs
Like no option on the market, the precoated microplates eliminate unnecessary antibody workups associated with other methods to reduce cost, labor and patient-care delays.
Using intact RBCs instead of RBC stroma ensures that only RBC surface antibodies are detected. This ensures minimal false positive results.
-
Reduce Labor Cost
-
Reduce False Positives
Other Advantages
- Only Anti-IgG is required, so no indicator cells are needed
- Test strips coated with Protein A instead of RBC stroma result in a stable product with a long shelf-life
- Fully-automated antibody diagnostic with TANGO infinity or semi-automatic processing of large sample runs
Erytype S Microplates: For Smart and Efficient Blood Grouping
Ready-to-use single strip trays with dried, monoclonal antisera for manual routine blood grouping or for use with the fully automated TANGO infinity system.
Test Menu
- ABO tests with or without reverse typing
- RhD determination with or without two different RhD(DVI-) antisera
- Rhesus phenotyping with or without Cw
- Kell typing
Erytype S Method for Hemagglutination Grouping — Saving Costs by Design
Like no option on the market, the precoated microplates eliminate unnecessary antibody workups associated with other methods to reduce cost, labor and patient-care delays
- Test strips with dried monoclonal antisera
- Cuts down on operator pre- and post-analytical time
- Reduces chances for antisera cross-contamination
- Use of Bromelin enhances reactivity of RBCs in the presence of corresponding antibodies
- Separation of ABO and RhD confirmatory testing on different plates reduces waste
- Anti-D confirmatory testing performed only on RhD negative donors

TANGO infinity System
The TANGO infinity system is an automated blood type testing system for use with our specially-designed microplates. The high throughput system can process up to 288 wells/hour (Erytype S microplates) and up to 133 wells/hour (Solidscreen II microplates). The table-top system stores 10 microplates for up to seven days for continuous sampling.
