Use a neutral density filter (optical density 1.0) to reduce signal in a specific channel on your S3 or S3e Cell Sorter.
These filters are particularly helpful when working with bright fluorophores or overexpressed fluorescent proteins.
Individual filter holders (1441007) are available for these filters.
