Overview
Two plates of 24 indexed primer pairs for use with ddSEQ Single-Cell 3' RNA-Seq Kits. Each plate contains 24 unique dual indexed primers plated in 96-well plates, one plate is for cDNA library prep and one plate is for deconvolution oligo (DO) library prep. Indexes are identical between plates.

ddSEQ Single-Cell 3' RNA-Seq Dual Indexed Primers are high-quality, ready to use i5 and i7 indexed primer pairs that are designed for use with ddSEQ Single-Cell 3' RNA-Seq Kits to construct libraries for multiplex sequencing using Illumina platforms. The nucleotide sequence of each primer set has been balanced to achieve optimal multiplexed sequencing results.
The ddSEQ Single-Cell 3' RNA-Seq Dual Indexed Primer Plates contains 24 unique dual indexed adapters plated along the first three columns in a 96-well PCR plate. There are two plates, one for cDNA library prep and one for DO library prep. Between each plate, cDNA and DO, the same well position contains the same unique index for pairing cDNA and DO libraries together. Each index is single use.
