Use the ProFlow Cell Filters to rapidly prepare uniform single-cell suspensions from tissue, fluids, plant material, nuclei, etc. Filtering samples prior to flow cytometry analysis helps improve sample quality.
The cup-fitting ProFlow Filters fit 5 ml tubes (12 x 75 mm) and are ideal for quantities of less than 5 ml.
Each ProFlow Cell Filter has a porous membrane with effective surface area of 80 mm2, enabling large quantities of cell suspensions to be filtered. The microporous polyethylene funnel section is designed to pass the biological material below a certain size while also removing debris by capturing waste particles less than 1.5µm in size. ProFlow Cell Filters offer precise filtration by size using single-layer membrane.
ProFlow Cell Filters speed up the filtering process by not trapping air in the sample tube which in turn allows the sample to flow and filter faster.
