Overview
Use the ddSEQ cartridge holder to position and hold the ddSEQ test cartridge in the ddSEQ Single-Cell Isolator. The technology utilizes the disposable microfluidic cartridges to coencapsulate single cells and barcodes into subnanoliter droplets, where cell lysis and barcoding occur.
