Establishing a Robust and Scalable Flowthrough Polishing Strategy for Fragment Control Using Mixed-Mode Chromatography
Effective removal of product-related fragments remains a critical challenge in monoclonal antibody downstream purification. This case study, presented by Alvotech, demonstrates how CHT™ Ceramic Hydroxyapatite XT Media was used to develop a scalable polishing strategy, transitioning from bind-elute to flowthrough operation to maximize resin capacity and process efficiency.
