I've Lost My Password

  1. Click Log In/Register at the top right corner of most site pages.
  2. On the login screen, click Forgot Password?
  3. On the next two pages, enter your user name and answer your security question to verify your identity.
  4. Next, you will be prompted to reset your password by entering a new password. Then click Submit.

I've Lost My Username

  1. Click Log In/Register at the top right corner of most site pages.
  2. On the login screen, click Forgot User Name?
  3. You will be prompted for the email address that you entered during site registration.
  4. An automated email will be sent to you with your user name.

*Your user name and password are your link to your account information. Keep them in a safe place.


How Can I Change My Username, Password or Security Question?

You can change your user name and security information for your user profile on your My Profile pages. To change your information:

  1. Log in and click My Bio-Rad in the header of most site pages.
  2. Click User name/password in the My Profile box on the right side of the page.
  3. Change your user name, password, or security question, and click Submit.

What Information Do I Need to Place an Order?
When placing orders, please provide the following: your Bio-Rad customer account number, your billing and shipping addresses, your purchase order number, the product catalog number, description, and quantity.

How Can I Check on the Status of an Order?

Can I Request a Quote Online?

Bio-Rad customers can submit an online Request for Quote form. This form notifies your local office, who in turn will contact you. You can also request a quote by contacting your local Bio-Rad office.


Want to Return a Product. What Do I Need to Do?

If an item does not work as expected, contact your local Bio-Rad office for technical support.

If an item has been damaged during shipment, please report the damage to the carrier. Keep all containers and packing materials for inspection. Contact your local Bio-Rad office immediately to report product damage or incorrect shipments.

All returns require preauthorization from Bio-Rad. Contact your local Bio-Rad office to arrange for authorization. Equipment must be accompanied by a Bio-Rad decontamination certificate. Erroneously ordered items cannot be returned if they require shipment on dry or blue ice. A nominal restocking fee will be charged for returned items, unless Bio-Rad is responsible for shipping the wrong item. Please contact your local Bio-Rad office for further information on our return policies.


I Want to Purchase a Service Contract. Whom Do I Contact?

For a service contract, you should contact your local Bio-Rad office. They can assist you with customized contracts to suit your particular instrument needs. In addition, they can offer on-site service for an immediate repair.

You may also purchase a warranty when you purchase your new instrument.
