Optimize your assays for high throughput flow cytometry

Flow cytometry can be a powerful tool, but it can also be labor intensive especially when experiments require large numbers of cells or samples or both. If you need to increase your throughput without compromising data quality or are struggling to run your assays at a greater speed reliably, join us for this webinar on optimizing your assays for high throughput.
Get tips and tricks, including experimental design, sample preparation and instrument set-up. Using real world examples, we will show you how you can transform your assays to enable you to get more data, whilst improving reproducibility in much less time.
You will learn:
- How simple changes to experimental design can preserve your data quality, even at high event rates
- How proper sample preparation can minimize potential complications such as instrument blockages
- Labor saving tips and tricks
- How reagent and instrumentation choice can benefit high throughput applications

Dr. Ryan Mendoza
Ryan Mendoza obtained a BS in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from University of California, Davis and a PhD in Toxicology from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. After completing his studies, he took a Scientist role at IGM Biosciences where he used flow cytometry functional assays to screen antibody drug candidates for cancer therapeutic potential. Ryan joined Bio-Rad in 2024 as an Application Scientist and is now a key member of the flow cytometry and antibody development team.
