Wednesday
8:00 - 8:50 AM (PST)

MRD Detection & Monitoring in Solid Tumors and Heme Malignancies Using Personalized Tumor-Informed Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) Assays in Research Settings

Minimal residual disease (MRD) is an important area of oncology research, creating a need for highly sensitive approaches to detect low-abundance disease-associated variants. This workshop will explore the use of personalized, tumor-informed Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) assays for MRD research across hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. Leading researchers will discuss the need for highly sensitive MRD approaches, the development of whole-genome sequencing (WGS)-informed assays, and emerging research on personalized MRD assessment. Attendees will gain insights into assay design, analytical performance, workflow considerations, and the growing role of ddPCR technology in precision oncology research.
