(NYSE: BIO and BIOb), a multinational manufacturer and distributor of life science research and clinical diagnostics products announces that it has extended its contract with Premier, Inc., one of the largest group purchasing organizations based in the U.S. The agreement includes Premier general level and ASCEND members. Premier initially awarded this contract with Bio Rad in 2002.
Bio-Rad’s comprehensive quality control and data management contract along with another for Immunohematology products have been extended to Premier members, which consist of 2,900 community hospitals and 100,000 alternate sites across the U.S.
