The Association for Talent Development Names Bio-Rad’s Quality Controls Customer Training Program a 2013 ‘Best Place to Learn’ Finalist

HERCULES, CA – May 29, 2014 — Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE: BIO and BIOb), a global manufacturer and distributor of life science research and clinical diagnostics products announced that its quality controls Customer Training program was named a ‘Best Place to Learn’ award Finalist by the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Dallas Chapter (formerly known as the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).

Bio-Rad’s Clinical Diagnostics Group quality controls Customer Training program provides customer support in the use of the company’s quality controls products and services as well as its data management solutions. The program was named a Finalist in the area of “Blended Learning” in recognition of Bio-Rad’s use of electronic media in its training methods.
