DSM (Special Microplate Diluent) with Bromophenol Blue #3554282

Use Special Microplate Diluent (DSM) with Bromophenol Blue for diluting marine and other water samples for the detection and enumeration of E. coli and Enterococci, indicators of fecal contamination, in samples using MUD and MUG Microplates. This diluent contains synthetic sea salt and bromophenol blue for easy visualization of diluted samples.

MUD and MUG Microplates provide streamlined, miniaturized testing for E. coli and Enterococci, without requiring growth in broth or on agar plates, in a wide range of water sources including those high in suspended matter.
