The TeSeE NSP System serves as an automated sample preparation system for TSE screening. The TeSeE NSP System comes with a software package that allows operation of the instrument (i.e. TeSeE NSP Control Software), database management and backups (i.e. TeSeE NSP Database Manager), and performance checks of the instrument (TeSeE NSP Quality Inspection).

Reliability
• Conditions of sample preparation are monitored for each sample
• The 8-channel pipetting station is equipped with barometric liquid-level sensors for each channel

High Reproducibility
• Assay protocol parameters (e.g. incubation time, temperature, volumes) are predefined to ensure reproducible conditions of sample preparation between runs

Full Traceability
• The internal barcode reader allows for positive identification of both sample plate and purification plate
• TeSeE reagent batch numbers and expiration dates are saved in the TeSeE NSP database
• The TeSeE NSP System can be linked to the Microplate Manager™ Software v 6.0, allowing for complete traceability throughout the TeSeE assay protocol

Operator Safety
• Moving modules of the TeSeE NSP System are not accessible during the run
• Both instrument covers are equipped with safety sensors to stop the run in case covers are opened
• An optional ventilation system can be connected to eliminate vapor emission
