Images in this gallery were generated on the ZOE Cell Imager from a large selection of samples using a wide array of compatible fluorophores. Click on the images for experimental details.

  • HeLa cells were fixed in 3% PFA, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 and stained with rabbit anti-tubulin alpha 1B antibody (green), mouse anti-Lamin A/C antibody (orange/red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

1x105 HeLa cells were seeded on Millicell EZ Slide 4-well glass slides (sterile) and cultured in 0.5 ml RPMI medium supplemented with 2 mM CaCl2. Cells were treated with 1 μM of the apoptosis-inducing agent, staurosporine (E, F, G, H), or left untreated (A, B, C, D). pSIVA conjugated with IANBD in the presence of propidium iodide (PI) was added to the media according to kit instructions. Cells were imaged posttreatment with the ZOE Fluorescent Cell Imager at 0, 60, 120, and 270 minutes. Images AH are merged images of the red and green fluorescence channels. Early apoptotic cells were stained with pSIVA-IANBD and are shown in green, while late apoptotic/dead cells were stained with PI and are shown in red.
