概述



Criterion™ 电泳槽是一种专门用于运行比传统小型凝胶（13.3 x 8.7 厘米）更长、更宽的一个或两个 Criterion 凝胶的电泳槽。 使用单一的 Criterion 凝胶可以在不到 1 小时的时间内运行多达 26 个样本，也可以在 2-D 应用中接受 11 cm ReadyStrip™ IPG 胶条。 Criterion 槽可容纳手灌或 Criterion 预制胶。

Criterion 电泳槽的特征如下：

  • 小尺寸，只需 1 L 电泳缓冲液
  • 盖子上内置的楔形物可一步打开凝胶夹
