Nearly two thousand selected scientific customers from The Science Advisory Board, a leading market research panel of scientific customers, participated in the voting. From the data collected, BioInformatics LLC's market research analysts calculated an overall score for each nominated company based on the number of nominations received, as well as key measurements of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
