All returns require preauthorization from Bio-Rad. Contact your local Bio-Rad office to arrange for authorization. A nominal restocking fee will be charged for returned items, unless Bio-Rad is responsible for shipping the wrong item. Note: If an item does not work as expected, please first contact your local Bio-Rad office for technical support.

  • Damaged items - If an item has been damaged during shipment, please report the damage to Customer Service. Keep all containers and packing materials for inspection
  • Equipment returns - Equipment must be accompanied with a Bio-Rad decontamination certificate
  • Items shipped with dry or blue ice - Erroneously ordered items cannot be returned if they require shipment on dry or blue ice
