Description

A large glycoprotein of 210 kD in monomeric form it typically exists in the circulatory system as large aggregates and as cell surface glycoprotein on other Mucins such as MUC-1 is defined by the monoclonal antibody epitope C 242. Used for clinical monitoring post therapy and early detection of relapsed colorectal, gastric and hepatocellular cancers.
