- ABO/Rh Blood Grouping
Bio-Rad's ABO/RhD typing options include patient, donor and cord blood testing in eleven different configurations of antisera and Reagent Red Blood Cells. IH-System cards are preloaded with the blood grouping antisera to for ease of use.
- Rh and K Phenotyping
Bio-Rad's Rh and K typing comes in eight different configurations to allow the greatest flexibility regardless of whether performing Rh and K profile testing of patients or screening donor units for antigen negative blood. All cards come preloaded with antisera for ease of use.
- Indirect Antiglobulin Testing
The IH-Cards AHG include cards with Anti-IgG or Anti-IgG,-C3d. These cards may be used by the Indirect Antiglobulin Test for antibody detection and identification and crossmatching for the detection of incompatibilities due to unexpected antibodies or ABO. An optional autocontrol may help to distinguish autoantibodies and alloantibodies.
- Direct Antiglobulin Test
The IH-Cards AHG include cards with Anti-IgG or Anti-IgG,-C3d. These cards may be used for the Direct Antiglobulin Tests (DAT). The Direct Antiglobulin Test allows the detection of in vivo sensitization of human red blood cells with immunoglobulins and/or complement components, depending on which card is used.
