Flow Performance of UNOsphere SUPrA Media

Narrow elution profile of antibody on UNOsphere SUPrA media.

UNOsphere SUPrA affinity chromatography support is based on recombinant protein A and is designed for process-scale purification of monoclonal antibodies. The protein A ligand is produced in E. coli without the use of material of animal origin.

Bio-Scale Mini cartridges have a polypropylene double-wall construction* that provides extra strength and allows reliable runs up to 45 psi with the aqueous buffers most commonly used for protein separations. Bio-Scale Mini cartridges are ideal for low-pressure chromatography applications. Luer fittings make connections simple; adapters are available to allow connection to all types of chromatography systems.

Bio-Scale Mini UNOsphere SUPrA cartridges are available in 1 ml and 5 ml sizes. These cartridges are prepacked with UNOsphere SUPrA affinity media and are ideal for method scouting and small-scale purifications.
