  • CHT ceramic hydroxyapatite, Types I and II, 10 g each
  • UNOsphere Q and S media, 25 ml each
  • Macro-Prep HIC media, methyl and t-butyl forms, 25 ml each
  • CFT ceramic fluoroapatite, Type II, 10 g each
