Bio-Rad precision molecular mass rulers allow accurate DNA quantitation in gels, making them ideal for densitometry or image analysis. These standards have five bands of decreasing DNA mass: 100 ng in a 1,000 bp band, 70 ng in a 700 bp band, 50 ng in a 500 bp band, 20 ng in a 200 bp band, and 10 ng in a 100 bp band. The EZ Load precision molecular mass ruler has been blended with sample loading buffer and is ready to load.
