Cell Line Preparation and Storage Service
As part of Critical Raw Materials Cell Culture Services, we offer basic secondary storage services for increased efficiency and convenience to our customers.
Your lines can be transferred to our facility for ongoing use in our production services.
Prep. of Master Cell Bank
- Includes expansion of cell lines without antibiotics, monitoring of population doubling time (pooling of cells from all culture vessels to assure uniformity)
- Mycoplasma testing
- Cells packaged for freezing at >2.5 X 106 cells/mL
- 40 vials packaged at 1.8 mL/vial
- 3 vials selected for recovery and viability testing followed by a MCB report
Prep. of Working Cell Bank
- This service establishes a bank from a Master Cell Bank but includes services performed in the preparation of a Master Cell Bank
- Includes expansion of cell lines without antibiotics, monitoring of population doubling time (pooling of cells from all culture vessels to assure uniformity)
