Pipette diluted sample into microwell. Incubate 1 hour at 37°C.		  
Wash microwell using wash solution.		  
Add conjugate reagent. Incubate 1 hour at 37°C.		  
Wash microwells. Add chromogen reagent. Incubate 30 minutes at room temperature.		  
Add stopping reagent. Read microplate at
450 nm.

HIV Serological Profile

The GS HIV-2 EIA is an enzyme immunoassay for the detection of circulating antibodies to human immunodeficiency virus type 2 (HIV-2) in human serum or plasma. It is indicated as an aid in the diagnosis of infection with HIV-2.

Bio-Rad’s retrovirus HIV product line includes a choice of reagents and testing formats, including enzyme immunoassay (EIA) microplates, an EIA rapid test, and an immunoblot. Bio-Rad’s HIV EIA product range covers all transfusion and diagnostic testing needs. EIA microplate tests can be performed using manual or automated methods.
