All of the Bio-Rad ANA and ENA assays (including the Kallestad product line) can be used to screen out patients negative for the antinuclear antibodies associated with various systemic rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD), Sjögren's syndrome (SS), progressive system sclerosis, scleroderma, polymyosistis/dermatomysitis and Raynaud’s phenomenon. The assays can also be used in conjunction with Bio-Rad’s individual antibody assays to identify specific autoantibodies. Rely on Bio-Rad’s comprehensive menu of ANA and ENA assays to identify and characterize individual or multiple autoantibodies associated with autoimmune diseases.
