The MiniOpticon™ 2color realtime PCR detection system holds 48 x 0.2 ml tubes, or a 48well microplate. An array of 48 LEDs independently excites fluorescence (470500 nm) for each well, and a pair of filtered photodiodes detects emitted light (523543 nm and 540700 nm).
