Econo-Column® chromatography columns are empty glass low-pressure chromatography columns. They can be packed with a wide range of media for use in chromatography separations and run with a chromatography system or by gravity flow. An Econo-Column flow adaptor is recommended for use in columns ≥1.0 cm in diameter.
The packaging contains seven columns — one each 0.7 x 10, 20, and 30 cm; 1.5 x 30 and 50 cm; and 2.5 x 20 and 50 cm — as well as one stopcock per column ordered.
