192 tests, kit for purification of PrPSc in bovine, ovine, caprine, and cervid samples
The TeSeE® sheep/goat purification kit is specifically formulated to purify and concentrate PrPSc protein in obex and lymph node samples for subsequent detection of scrapie in sheep and goats. Each kit can purify 192 samples. The kit contains reagents for digestion of normal proteins (PrP) with proteinase K, allowing the diseased prion (PrPSc) to remain undigested.
