This package contains one 3–8% Criterion™ XT Tris-acetate precast polyacrylamide gel with a 26-well comb.

Criterion XT precast gels are ideal for midi gel electrophoresis. They are designed to work with optimized sample and running buffers without the need for antioxidant addition. Criterion XT Tris-acetate gels are formulated using a Tris-acetate buffer (pH 7.0). When run with XT Tricine running buffer, large denatured proteins are separated by molecular weight. These gels are for use with Criterion and Criterion™ Dodeca™ cells.
