This package contains one 4–12% Criterion™ XT Bis-Tris precast polyacrylamide gel with 18 wells.

Criterion XT precast gels are ideal for midi gel electrophoresis. They are designed to work with optimized sample and running buffers without the need for antioxidant addition. Criterion XT Bis-Tris gels are formulated using a Bis-Tris buffer system (pH 6.4) for separation of proteins by molecular weight. By selecting from two running buffers, you can expand the separation capability of a single Bis-Tris gel. These gels are for use with Criterion and Criterion™ Dodeca™ cells.
