This Mini-PROTEAN® four-gel electrophoresis system is used for casting and running 1.5 mm thickness gels. The system comes with a tank, lid with power cables, one electrode assembly, one companion running module (to run up to four gels), one mini cell buffer dam, two casting stands, four casting frames, five 10-well combs, 5 short plates, and 5 spacer plates (five glass plates per box; 5 complete sets).

The versatile, easy-to-use Mini-PROTEAN Tetra cell is ideal for vertical mini gel electrophoresis. This electrophoresis cell accommodates one to four Mini-PROTEAN precast or handcast gels. The Mini-PROTEAN Tetra cell eliminates tedious assembly procedures and has a patented sealing mechanism* that prevents assembly errors during handcasting.
