Gene Pulser®/MicroPulser™ electroporation cuvettes are high-quality cuvettes compatible with most electroporation systems, including Bio-Rad Gene Pulser MXcell™, Gene Pulser Xcell™, and MicroPulser electroporators, for the transfection of nucleic acids into bacterial or mammalian cells.
Cuvettes are available in three gap widths: 0.4, 0.2, and 0.1 cm, to deliver the proper field strength to a variety of cell types.
- 0.1 cm cuvette — E. coli, bacteria, yeast
- 0.2 cm cuvette — E. coli, bacteria, yeast, mammalian cells, including primary and stem cells
- 0.4 cm cuvette — mammalian cells, including primary and stem cells, and plant protoplasts
This package of 500, 0.1 cm gap sterile, electroporation cuvettes is for use with the Gene Pulser and MicroPulser systems, for yeast and bacteria.
