This Sequi-Blot™ PVDF membrane package contains 50 sheets of 7 x 8.5 cm precut, preassembled blotting membrane and filter paper sandwiches, which fit Ready Gel® and Mini-PROTEAN® precast gels. The pore size is 0.2 µm and binding capacity is 170–200 µg/cm2.

Sequi-Blot PVDF membrane is ideal for protein sequencing because it retains all protein during protein transfer and provides the binding capacity required to sequence even low-abundance samples. The precut and preassembled blotting membrane and filter paper sets are designed to simplify western blotting setup.
