This Immun-Blot® PVDF membrane package contains 10 sheets of 20 x 20 cm precut membrane. The pore size is 0.2 µm and binding capacity is 150–160 µg/cm2.
Immun-Blot PVDF membrane is ideal for chemiluminescent and colorimetric western blots because it retains target protein very strongly during protein transfer but reduces nonspecific protein binding that can obscure high-sensitivity detection.
