Rappaport Vassiliadis Soya (RVS) broth is a medium for secondary, selective enrichment of Salmonella in food. After pre-enrichment, samples are subcultured into RVS. This broth can be used with RAPID'Salmonella™ medium. This product includes 500 g of dehydrated medium.
