Fraser 1/2 broth is a primary enrichment medium for growth of Listeria in a variety of food matrices. This product includes six bottles, each containing 225 ml of ready-to-use broth. The product is sufficient for enriching 25 g of sample and is ideal for laboratories that may not have facilities for media preparation. Supplement is not added to this formulation.
