Multiplexed standard analytes for calibration of results of vasculitis screening on BioPlex 2200 system
The BioPlex 2200 Vasculitis Calibrator Set is intended for the calibration of the BioPlex 2200 Vasculitis Reagent Pack and uses a set of four (4) distinct serum based calibrators. Calibrators are used in a test system to establish points of reference that are used in the determination of semi-quantitative measurement of substances in human specimens. The BioPlex 2200 Vasculitis Calibrator Set consists of four (4) 0.5 mL ready-to-use multi-analyte calibrator vials containing human antibodies to MPO, PR3 and GBM. The calibrators allow up to 2 months of routine automated calibrations and provide curve stability up to 30 days. Open vial stability of 60 days at 2-8° C storage.
