Set of multiplexed standard analytes for calibration of results of antinuclear autoantibody screening on BioPlex 2200 system
The BioPlex 2200 ANA Screen Calibrator Set is intended for the calibration of the BioPlex ANA Screen Reagent Pack. The BioPlex 2200 ANA Screen Reagent Pack is calibrated using a set of six distinct serum based calibrators. Calibrators are used in a test system to establish points of reference that are used in the determination of the presence of substances in human specimens. The calibration procedure should be performed every 14 days. Once opened, the calibrators are stable for 60 days when stored tightly capped at 2 to 8° C.
