Bio-Rad offers specific software solutions for data analysis and for data import and export to ensure traceability throughout the TeSeE assay protocol.
Data Analysis
Microplate Manager™ software, version 5.2, associated with the TeSeE analysis module, is compatible with Model 680 series microplate readers and features:
- Sample data collection from the TeSeE NSP system (for example, plate layout, well positions, sample IDs)
- Interpretation of optical density (OD) values
- Data export to the laboratory information management system (LIMS)
Data Import and Export
Morpheus software allows:
- Extraction of sample data from the TeSeE NSP system
- Data export to the Evolis 5°C microplate system
- Data export to laboratory information management System (LIMS)
At the end of the procedure, all test results can be sent to the LIMS.
