The PROTEAN® II xi and XL multi-cells offer up to 6-gel capacity to ensure reproducibility for medium-throughput laboratories:

  • Efficient cooling necessary for high-power 2-D runs is provided by 2 cooling coils and 3 cooling cores
  • High-power runs enable rapid separations with minimal protein diffusion and sharper protein spots

The cooling system requires a refrigerated circulating bath and operation at 4°C for optimal results.
