Suited for low pressure protein purification, this standalone peristaltic pump is capable of isocratic and gradient applications. The two-channel bidirectional peristaltic pump is capable of flow rates from 0.002–40 mL/min. The system can be hooked up to the Model 2110 or BioFrac fraction collector and is coldroom compatible.

Conductivity monitoring is essential to optimize protein purification methods and to confirm the efficiency of chromatographic separations. The Model EG-1 Econo gradient monitor makes gradient monitoring and conductivity determination effortless.
