MineIt - Database Display & Mining

With KnowItAll's MineIt application, users can view reference databases, user-created databases, or hit lists generated by the companion SearchIt application. This interface allows the user to access databases containing many types of data, such as IR, NMR, MS, UV-Vis, Raman, NIR, structures, chromatograms, physical properties, and more. MineIt also includes sophisticated datamining capabilities that allow users rank-order their datasets using color code and weight scoring.

Bio-Rad also offers an additional feature to build databases of spectra and chromatograms (IR, Raman, NIR, NMR, MS, UV-Vis, LC, GC) with related structures and properties.
