Modified LISS (MLB 2) is used on the TANGO™® optimo and for tube testing as a potentiator for antiglobublin tests. In tube testing, MLB 2 can be used for crossmatching, antibody screening and identification, as well as antigen typing.
MLB 2 can be used as a suspension medium for red cells and contributes to a reduction in reaction time while simultaneously increasing reaction strength.
