Bio-Rad Bio-Dot and Bio-Dot SF Microfiltration Apparatus
Exploded view showing easy assembly of the Bio-Dot and Bio-Dot SF microfiltration apparatus. The sample template (1), gasket (2), and gasket support plate (3) for both units attach to the same vacuum manifold base (4). For the Bio-Dot apparatus, the membrane (5) is placed on the gasket; for the Bio-Dot SF apparatus, three sheets of filter paper (6) are used for the membrane (5) support.
