Quantity One® software allows image acquisition with any of Bio-Rad's Molecular Imager® systems, and it includes functionality for basic 1-D gel image, colony counting, and array analysis. For 2-D gel analysis, Bio-Rad offers PDQuest™ software, which includes wizard-guided experimental setup for the utmost flexibility for 2-D proteomics. PDQuest software can be used with the EXQuest™ spot cutter.
