LF PVDF Membranes Are Compatible with a Variety of Fluorophores
Detection of proteins blotted on low fluorescence PVDF membranes using a variety of fluorescent-conjugated secondary antibodies. Albumin-depleted human serum samples spiked with different amounts of STI were loaded on a Criterion™ Tris-HCl
4–20% gel. The amount of STI per lane is 250, 83, 28, 9, and 3 ng per lane. Rabbit anti-STI was used as the primary antibody and a variety of fluorescent-conjugated anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used. Membranes were scanned using a VersaDoc™ MP 5000 system.
