Rappaport Vassiliadis Soya (RVS) Broth is a medium for secondary, selective enrichment of Salmonella spp. in foods and environmental samples. After pre-enrichment, samples are subcultured into RVS. This broth can be used with RAPID'Salmonella Medium.
