Description

SsoFast™ EvaGreen® supermix with low ROX is a ROX-blended version of the high-performing SsoFast EvaGreen supermix that employs the patented Sso7d fusion protein technology for use in real-time PCR applications. This novel, engineered polymerase, combined with optimized buffer and EvaGreen dye, produces robust qPCR results in less time with increased speed, reliability, and sensitivity under fast thermal cycling conditions.
